This month, we (Property Matters newsletter) highlight Victoria Hall, where, during insurance works, remnants of the original terrazzo floor were uncovered. Rather than replacing it, the decision was made to carefully repair and restore this historic feature. The results are truly impressive, creating a striking and welcoming entrance to the building.
