The Biggest Birthday Party ever.com was an amazing evening.

The Power of God was present as well over 300 people gathered at the Victoria Hall for a party event. The aim was to inspire people to reclaim Pentecost as an outreach to celebrate Christ's Church. It was a lively, noisy, high impact evening with local worship leader, Katie Dutton alongside Sheffield's own Phillippa Hannah and then the hugely influential Worship Central from London... who made the Victoria Hall bounce with the sound of praise. There was also an urban dance group and excellent teaching from Andy Frost. Those who were leading Pentecost events were prayed for and the clear challenge was made for people to start praying about what they could do in their community for Pentecost 2015.

The event attracted people from right across the Church family and not just Methodists. The Methodist Church in Sheffield should be proud that they offered an credible and excellent event to the wider church in the City. We put ourselves on the map and declared our partnership in the Gospel.

It was great to see young and old dancing together in what was a truly wonderful and inspiring evening. Our thanks must go to Andy Frost and Share Jesus International for offering the tour to us.
